U.S. Army Signal Center Information Systems Management Course (FA 53) / Information Systems Engineer Course (FA 26B)

Webster University's transfer credit degree program with the U.S. Army Signal Center (US Army Cyber Center of Excellence) course Information Systems Management Course (ISSM) (FA 53), Information Systems Engineer Course (ISE) (FA 26B) provides pre-approved graduate transfer credit for resident ISSM or ISE graduates the opportunity to transfer up to 15 credit hours of graduate transfer credits. The credit can be applied to Masters programs in the Walker School of Business & Technology and select programs in the College of Arts and Sciences including the MS in Criminal Justice, MS in Environmental Management, MA in Gerontology, MA in Human Services, MA in International Relations, MA in Legal Studies, MA in National Security Studies, and the MS in Science Management and Leadership. Transfer work can be used as either core courses or elective courses, depending on program requirements. Some programs may accept fewer credits based on specific degree requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. Completion of ISSM or ISE resident course.
  2. Application and admission to the Webster University graduate program listed above following prescribed admission procedures.


  1. Submission of an Academic Evaluation Report (DA Form 1059) that reflects completion of ISSM or ISE at "Achieve Course Standards" (or Achieve Academic Standards) or "Exceeded Course Standards."
  2. Submission of an official transcript showing completion of a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited academic institution.
