Online Student Success Coaches

The Online Learning Center provides each student in an online course with a Success Coach.

Success coaches with support you and help you:

  • Make informed decisions by providing timely and relevant feedback
  • Help you connect to resources to assist you with your academic journey
  • Be your ally and guide as you navigate Webster University

Coaches also host online orientations each term, provide students with access to a training course that will help them acclimate to the online learning environment prior to their first online course, and support the Online Student Commons community for students.
